UPN SmartHUB is a purpose developed 300,000 sq. ft. central sortation facility able to sort up to 15,000 pallets per night.

The powerful new contactless system drives optimum performance across all aspects of UPN’s nationwide operations.
Working in harmony, UPN and partner members provide industry-leading service for palletised freight. Each UPN partner member collects freight daily from their allocated postcode areas for consolidation onto trunk vehicles for nightly shipment to UPN SmartHUB.
Once nightly trunks reach UPN SmartHUB, each pallet is checked, scanned in, and sorted.
Outbound freight is loaded onto each return trunk for each partner member responsible for delivery, carefully checked, scanned out, and released for onward delivery.
Freight is shipped to the partner member delivery depot, unloaded, checked, scanned, and sorted for final delivery by one of over 5,000 local vehicles.
